Counselor of Economic and Commercial Affairs of Latvia. Uldis serves as the Director of the Washington D.C. office of the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia. He also worked for 5 years at the Swedish Trade Council. He holds degrees in Economics and Finance and has an MBA in Marketing from the University of Latvia.
