Fabrice Krief joins LatCham as an individual member. He is currently Vice President, Broker Associate at Corcoran Group Real Estate. He works extensively with Internationals living in New York as well as out-of-town buyers. He was previously one of the top-producing real estate brokers in the Naples and Miami Florida markets, where he specialized in waterfront homes and high-end new residential developments such as the Saint Regis, the W South Beach and Icon designed by Starck. He is bilingual in English and French. Fabrice, is originally from Paris, France, attended the Sorbonne University and earned a MBA degree with honors in Finance. He worked in Paris in investment banking for Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs before bringing his financial knowledge and service savvy to the Real Estate industry to the United States.
