The Director of the Board of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce, Gustav Plato, addressed a packed house at the Mayflower Hotel in May 2009. The brief presentation discussed the role of the Chamber in building the Baltic Brand, the vision to increase trade ten-fold, and recognized the founding members of the Chamber.

The United States Baltic Foundation is a non profit 501c3 organization and a member of LatCham.
The USBF announced today that through its Baltic Good Governance Initiative, it has made a grant to the Latvian Chapter of Transparency International.
