Estonian American Chamber of Commerce & Industry
Founder & President
Responsible for management of bilateral Chamber of Commerce which facilitates and promotes business ties between the U.S. and Estonia, and offers a variety of networking opportunities, from educational seminars, to trade fairs and trade missions to and from Estonia. Responsibilities include program development, membership recruitment and fundraising, as well as daily administrative duties.

Baltic Business Information Network
Primary consultant for information service which promotes trade and investment partnerships between U.S. companies and companies in the Baltic countries of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Advise clients on investment opportunities, joint venture formation, market entry strategy and sales and distribution channel development, while also working with Baltic companies and government agencies to present seminars, conferences, and trade show exhibitions promoting Baltic products and services in the U.S. Hands-on experience in client development, business plan analysis and contract negotiations. Company cited by Forbes magazine for its key role in facilitating one of Estonia’s largest privatization projects.

Marketing & Public Relations
Held positions of increased responsibility, culminating with the position of Acting Director of Marketing & Public Relations Supervised Box Office and Sales Operations, in-house Graphics/Advertising, Production, and Marketing & Public Relations Departments; responsible for a $2 million dollar marketing budget, which generated $25 million of earned income annually; developed the institution’s first marketing plan; spearheaded an institutional image campaign and community-based outreach, which included advertising in local shops, buses, subway and telephone kiosks; chaired the Y’s 120th anniversary events, concluding with a 17-block long street fair celebrating the Y’s various programs and activities.
Previous responsibilities included the production of the Y’s main direct mail catalog and press relations for the Y’s various program centers.
